In case I don’t like the font I bought, can I get a refund?

The short answer is: No. We have created options for you to give our fonts a try before actually purchasing one. These are the ‘Test drives’ that are on each individual custom font page, which you can use to type your own words and phrases and see how they look. And you can also download dressed down ‘trial’ versions of our fonts which can be installed on your system to see if a font would fit your design. These trial versions however can not be printed or embedded and they do not feature a complete set of characters, special signs and ligatures.
Trial versions of our fonts can be found here:
https://www.dafont.com/joebob-graphics.d636
As always there are exceptions to the rule of ‘no refunds’ which would include malfunctions of fonts on certain configurations or other unforeseen issues. In case you run into such an issue please contact us here.

After I’ve placed my order, when and how will I receive the font?

You will receive an e-mail confirming your order, a receipt for your records and a link to get to your zipfile after the payment is completed. IMPORTANT NOTICE: Sometimes it takes a couple of minutes for a payment to go through Paypal. This is especially the case when a so called ‘delayed’ payment is made. In case too much time passes between making a payment and it coming through to our system, no font will be released. If that is the case please contact us and we’ll send you the font(s) ourselves.

What is included in my download?

When buying a Print-license, you will receive the font in both Opentype and Truetype format and the Print EULA.
When buying a Web-license, you will receive the font in WOFF, TTF, EOT and SVG format and the Web EULA.

Can I get a discount?

Buying two or more products will get you a 25% off discount on the total sum and in case you are looking for a bigger license or a complete buy-out, please contact us.
